Present findings and solutions, and agree to move forward with addressing the pain points.

A Statement of Work (SOW) with tailored recommendations, action steps, and outcomes is created and delivered to stakeholders, creating a clear roadmap for improvement.

Agreement to proceed with the engagement. 

Statement of Work (SOW) is signed.

 The engagement begins.

I am an embedded member of your leadership team.

A weekly progress report and timesheet are provided. 

Status check-in meetings occur.
